Mi associo ad una vecchia “campagna “di Ampliamento della CULTURA MUSICALE DI MASSA proponendovi oggi un solo brano ma con ben due interpreti. La canzone è “The Wild Rover”, una tipica ballata irlandese.
La prima che vi propongo è una band suona del “semplice” folk. I Dubliners sono una band Irlandese storica. Hanno l’enorme merito di essere stati i primi (o comunque fra i primi) che hanno fatto uscire la musica folk dai pub irlandesi per esportarla in tutto il mondo.
I Tyr sono una band di natura assi diversa, originaria delle isole Fær Øer la loro musica viene classificata come viking metal, ma in realtà ogni definizione sarebbe riduttiva. Il loro sound è molto particolare, è il loro, si possono avvertire influenze viking, folk, progressive, ma nulla di facilmente etichettatile.
Ovviamente il mio è solo uno spunto, invito ad ascoltare anche altro di queste due band ;)
